I. Requirement
1. Applicants shall acquire the Doctor’s degree of overseas leading universities;
2. The age of applicants shall be under 35 years old;
II. Wages and Benefits
1. Research start-up fund about 5-10 thousand Yuan and resettlement allowance 10-15 thousand Yuan will be provided, and specific amount shall be decided according to applicants’ scientific research ability;
2. Applicants shall apply for relevant position according to their job demand and performance. Job subsidies will be carried out according to corresponding standards of school;
3. 5 thousand rental fee will be offered and granted in 5 years;
4. Purchase right of teachers commercial residential building will be offered when residential housing of school is available.
